Quick books online data being not available to a particular user

company data is available to other user id but  not available to a particular user

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. The possible reason why some users are unavailable to view company data is because they are set to Standard user with limited access.  

 

You can check which permission you were given to your team. Here's how:  

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage users
  3. Under Users, you can check the roles given to them.
