Question

Quickbooks has debited our bank account twice, one for monthly subscription and one for yearly subscription. We have been charged twice. We opted for yearly subscription

How do we get the refund for double debit...

I’ll make sure these subscription charges will be taken care of, @sahirtours.

 

Any subscription charges, including refund requests, are handled by our Payments support. I suggest contacting them so they can review the debited amounts and can process a refund for you.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Select the Help menu.
  2. In the QuickBooks Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human.”
  3. You can enter “Double subscription charges” in the field.
  4. Go to the Contact Us option.
  5. Select Start a chat.
