Before that, I'd like to know if you've encountered any error messages when renewing your application. If you've found one, you can share it in the comment section. 

 

For now, I'd recommend performing the browser troubleshooting method. This will fix any data-related issues in your browser. Start by using an incognito window and check if you can resubscribe from there.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P


Also, you'll want to clear the browser to help fix issues in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser.
