quickbooks stealing my money

I have not used my account for 2 years and I have repeatedly requested from the time i stopped using it to refund me my money back and stop deducting money from my account. I want all my money returned immediately or I will be going public with this! Enough is enough!

You'll need to contact your support team to help you review your account, as they have the tools to examine your billing and subscription in QuickBooks Online.

 

Consider these steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Going to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
  • Ask the community for help from businesses like yours.

 

Please note that we are available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
