I have tried all of the steps that you asked me to do. But for all of this, the last stage they are asking to send a OTP text message on my phone number. But when i click on that i dont get any text message. Please if some one can call me or email me.
I can give my phone number you can check and if required re update my phone number correctly there in your system so i can get a text message otp. When i see here at my app the number shows correct and in the past i have been getting otp with no issues. Since last 2 3 months i did not login on computer so now i am try to login but i can not login. Please contact me and correct my details on your end, so i can access my account.
Why to solve a small issue its taking so much time, and no resolving. Please contact me.
