Re-subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a breeze, and I'm here to guide you how, @finance-vipanygr.

Your company data is preserved for 365 days after the cancellation date. When you resubscribe within that time, your file will still be available. Then, you should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your QBO company. In case not, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Net Banking) and enter your bank information.
  7. Choose Subscribe.

Also, to answer the most frequently asked questions about reactivating your QBO account, I'd recommend checking out this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. It includes additional reminders for the mandated Additional Factor Authentication (AFA) for recurring payments on Credit and Debit cards for  the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and charges, to name a few.

In the meantime, I'm also adding this article to further guide you in managing your QBO account and business transactions: QuickBooks Help Articles. It also includes topics about banking, taxes, and reports, to name a few.

Please don't hesitate to comment below if you have other concerns. I'm right here to help anytime. Take care always.
