MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED IT SAYS "Your subscriptions were suspended because we couldn’t process your payment. Want to keep your pricing and reactivate your plans? Resubscribe by 23/08/2021"  But does not show otherr payment options except netbanking - i want to pay using my credit card

    I'll make sure that you'll be able to renew your subscription in QuickBooks Online.

     

    Currently, your subscription can only be reactivated through net banking. If you wish to change your payment method to a credit card, I'll be happy to share the steps with you.

     

    Here's how to change your payment method to use your credit card:

     

    1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
    2. Select Account and Settings.
    3. Choose the Billing and Subscription tab.
    4. In the top section, you'll see your credit card information beside the Payment method.
    5. Click Edit to enter your new card information.
    6. Select Save.
    7. Click Done.
