Recover the passwords

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can simply click the I forgot my user ID or Password button to reset your password. Here's how:

1. Go to the QBO sign-in page.
2. Next, click the I forgot my user ID or Password option.
3. Then, follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.
