Since the Community is a public platform, we've deleted your Company ID for security purposes.

 

You can renew your subscription through the Account and Settings section in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the upper right corner and choose Account and settings.
  2. On the left panel, select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Go to the QuickBooks section and select the Renew button.

If you're unable to renew your subscription, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support to help you with the process. See the steps below:

 

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search and click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter something like renew subscription and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose Start a messaging.
