    Hi accounts423!

I'm here to assist you regarding your subscription renewal.

There are different reasons why we encountered issues in updating the billing info. It may because of the following:

    • Invalid account number
    • Expired credit card
    • Overlimit or past due
    • General decline, no other information provided by the processor
    • The issuing bank will not electronically authorise the credit card
    • The billing Address you entered does not match the address on your statement

When you enter the details, you'll want to check if it's correct before you save it. In addition, it's best to reach out to your bank so they can check your account if there's an issue and also to verify the correct info.

For the detailed steps, here's how to renew your account subscription.
