Hello there, @Dynasty12.

Reactivating your subscription is a breeze. I'm here to share the steps that you need to process it successfully.

When resubscribing to your QBO account, you’ll need to be the Master Admin or Company Admin to update the payment information for your account. If not, you’ll need to contact the administrator to have your user rights changed.

After that you can now start reactivating your account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Gear icon at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information. Select Resubscribe.

For more details about this process, you can always visit this linkHow to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If the steps above don’t work, let’s access your QBO company through a private or incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Make sure to use correct login credentials. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, hit Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Then, reactivate your account from there. If it works, let’s clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other compatible browsers if private browsing doesn’t work.

Lastly, I'm also adding this reference that you can scan through to give you insights about handling suspended QBO account: Find out what to do if your subscription is suspended and you can't use QuickBooks Online.

Please keep me posted on your results with this here. I got you covered if you need anything else. Keep safe!
