Sales Receipt (created from the API) PDF (Print) Returns only the customer information and nothing else, styles are not applied.

We are creating a sales receipt from the API. Previously, this worked without any issues. Suddenly starting this week, the PDF that is generated from the sales receipt is not returning any information nor is the style applied. It is just a blank PDF without the header, nothing in the body and just the customer information. We have tested in a sandbox environment and it works fine.
