Setting up my trial but QB assumed I am based in India. How do i change my country to the US?

Setting QuickBooks to the correct country is important since it allows you to use the region's features, such as taxes and forms. In addition to @Fiat Lux - ASIA suggestions, let’s cancel your free trial and subscribe to a new account since we’re unable to switch from one country to another.

2. Navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab on the left panel to see the QuickBooks section.
