Signing in problem

I am not able to login quickbook as I forget my password and there are asking for double verification but my number linked to quickbook is not in use any more

I want to make sure you're able to change your password so you can get back to your business, @Gurman.

 

Since you no longer have access to the phone number, you’ll want to send a request to our account protection team to recover your account. I’ll show you how:

 

  1. Take a photo or scan of your driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification. Alternatively, a notarized document with your name and address might be used.
  2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
  3. Look for an email from no response@intuit.com with the following steps within one business day. If your request is approved, you will be sent a link to reset your password.

 

We'll respond to your request within one business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT.


You can modify your phone number or other information once you're back in your account. For extra security, our general support team were unable to access to update your info.

 

If you’re still unable to do so, I recommend you proceed with reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. One of them will be able to pull up your account and further help you update the details.

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Get a callback or Start a chat.

 

For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start, our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday). For Advanced, we’re available any time, any day.
