Welcome and thanks for reaching out to the Community, @jjrana-ayonihds-

I want to make sure you can continue running your business with QuickBooks Online. It can be due to outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. First, I'd recommend refreshing the billing page by pressing the F5 key.

If it's still inactive, let's try testing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once logged in, view your billing info. You can also view your payment history by following these steps:

  1. Sign in as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history.

If it shows as active, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache as you may have accumulated too much historical data. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

Additionally, this article may come in handy if you have issues updating your subscription: Fix Subscription Payment Issues.

I'm always here to back you up if you need more help activating your account. It's my priority to ensure you can get back on track. have a good one, @jjrana-ayonihds-.
