Let's get rid of the error so you work on your QuickBooks account, carlosgroninggar.

We've received similar cases about the error and they're getting it when accessing their account via the mobile app.

If you're having the same issue, you can uninstall and reinstall the app on your device. Or make sure QuickBooks Online on your phone is up-to-date. Please refer to this link to get the app: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

If you're still getting the error, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Team. They can pull up your account and create a case under your company file.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option.

For now, you can log in to your QuickBooks account via a web browser. However, if you're getting the error on the browser, you can clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes performances issues.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about the error you're getting. I'll be right here to help you.
