Subscription Cancelled, still getting charged.. can't contact anyone without account

I've already cancelled my accounts and I can't access to chat or contact anyone via email. I've been charged twice since I've cancelled and now I don't know any other option to see why I'm still getting charged. This is by far the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. How can I get ahold of anyone to get them to stop charging my account for services I haven't use for a few months now.

I'd be pleased to point you in the right direction who can assist you with verifying your canceled subscription as well as the charge in QuickBooks Online, @Michellerisa

 

Before that, it's best to verify if your subscription is successfully canceled. To check it you can follow these steps: 

 

  1. Go to Intuit Profile
  2. Click the Manage your Intuit account.
  3. Under Products and Billing, click any of the options to see the status of your subscription.
