You'll be prompt to subscribe when logging in to your account if the trial subscription expired or the billing information is outdated. With that said, you're unable to create new transactions.

 

Hence, we'd recommend updating your billing information so you can continue managing your data in QuickBooks Online:

If you can't update your billing information on your own for some reason, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can update the details on your behalf. You can reach them using this link: Contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support.
