Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser or an incognito window. This process will help determine if the error is cache-related or not. Thus, making the program lag.   • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.

 

After that, open your QBO account, and then your company register. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Performing this process will optimize the QBO performance. If you're still experiencing the same result, use a supported browser and view your account register from there.
