If you decided to subscribe and you have already put your payment information after you have been using the QuickBooks Online trial version, the sign saying that the trial period is going to end soon is not going to affect the data in your account. This will also tell you that you’ll only be charged full price after the trial period is ended.

As an initial troubleshooting step, let's start by opening a private browser or incognito mode. When using any of these sessions, none of your information is saved or tracked along the way.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This process helps applications run better on your computer.

If you’ve already subscribed to QBO and see a sign that the trial period is going to end, You can also check the status of your account by following these few steps:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing and Subscription. You can check if you’ve already subscribed or still in the trial period from here.

If you still need help regarding the extension of your trial period, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and provide further assistance regarding this matter.
