Question

The quickbooks subscription fee per month was INR 412.37 in Jan 2022. After Jan 2022,I'm now being charged per month INR 1249.62. What is so special in quickbooks?

Why did they increase the subscription fee more than 3 times? Is this not a ripp off?

Let's check why your subscription fee has increased this month.

 

Your current subscription rate is dependent upon its original rate and any discounts offered at the time your subscription began. The most recent update we had about a price increase was last August 1, 2021. 

 

Also, if your rate seems to be higher than you expected, here are the possible reasons that could explain why.

 

  • It could be that GST is added to the base subscription price.
  • You had promotional discounts that have expired, so you are now being billed the regular price for your subscription.

 

We can look to your Account & Billing Subscription page to see the details of it.

 

Like this:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Look for the View Payment History link and click it.

While I see a rise, in the subscription, what added value quickbooks is giving me to triple the price.

We are a small business and this pricing is outrageous.

GST alone will not add to subscription, price unless the price is tripled.

I was with quickbooks since 2017, and this price rise by no means justify the value.

I'm seriously considering others, unless this price is revised.

i also face the same problem still we aren't properly fixed the business they increase the price, i'm looking another software my billbook options similiary like quick books. u can choose this new one, they are collecting monthly charges never want annual, the  my billbooks provide 3 types of packages and very useful
