The Subscription and billing tab shows next charge on 11/01/2021. However email received shows Renewal due :09/10/2020

It's best to contact our support team to confirm the correct renewal date/charge of your QBO plan. They'll use their tools to check your account and provide you the accurate details about it. Here's how:
 

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go directly to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact us button.
  3. Type your question in the search box.
  4. Select Let's talk. Then, Start a Chat.
