This is regarding the renewal of QB on LIne for Gloss India

I'm here to help you today with the renewal of your QuickBooks subscription, Rajender1.

 

You'll be automatically charged during the payment cycle. Just make sure your billing info is entered into the system. If you need to update it, let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in as a master or company admin.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Review the information in each section.
  5. Select Edit ✏️ next to your payment method.
  6. Update your credit card info.
  7. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  8. When you're done, select Confirm card or Save.

If you have QuickBooks Online bundled with Payroll, this also updates the credit card info for your payroll subscription.

 

If you subscribed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad), use these steps from Google and Apple:

We are unable to renew the Gloss India QB online subscription

We tried at least 50 times to renew but going no where

Can you some one help and contact me (Rajender) [removed]

I can help you renew your subscription, @Rajender1.

 

If you’re unable to renew your subscription after updating your payment information, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support. Their tools can securely check your account and help you resubscribe. You can reach our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account.

 

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Provide us with some information about your concern.
  3. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the Let's talk button. 
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
