Unable to login on phone

My quickbooks self employed app kept crashing. I logged out, restarted the app, then finally uninstalled it. When looking in the play store I can’t find “quickbooks self employed”. I did find the “quickbooks online” app but when I try to login it says “This account doesn’t include access to QuickBooks Online. Please select a different company, or try signing in with a different account.”

    Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot your app, PinoakWindows. You can easily redownload the app from your App Store purchase history. Ensure to use the same account you previously used to download the app. Let me guide you through the steps to reinstall it.

     

    First, I want to inform you that the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app will no longer be available for download after March 24, 2024. However, since you downloaded it recently, you can still redownload it from your download history in the Google Play Store.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Open the Google Play Store on your mobile phone. 
    2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
    3. Select Manage apps & device, then click Manage.
    4. Locate and select the QuickBooks Self-Employed app to install.
    5. If you cannot find the app, tap This device at the top of the screen.
    6. Then, click Not installed and select Install.

    Moreover, if you're unable to redownload the app, you can consider using the browser version of QBSE in your app. The browser version contains many of the same features as the mobile app.
