Hello there, shak1. I'll help pay and reactivate your subscription.

When resubscribing to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, make sure you have user access rights, the account number should be valid, the card must not be over the limit or expired, make sure the browser’s cache isn't full. These are the common reasons why sometimes it won't let you resubscribe and pay.

We can start updating the payment information for your QuickBooks Online subscription. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. In the Billing & Subscription tab, select the Edit icon next to your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card info.
  5. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  6. Once done, click Confirm card or Save.

Then, reactivate QuickBooks Online subscription by entering the updated payment details. Follow the complete steps in this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. Also, I'd recommend refreshing your browser to reflect the changes. You may want to access QuickBooks in a private browser or use other compatible browsers to check and verify if it's letting you resubscribe smoothly.

Post again if you have other questions about QuickBooks. I'm right here to help anytime. Take care always.
