Welcome to QuickBooks Community, abhijitgraphics.

You can update the billing details to renew your subscription. Let me show you how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. From the Billing & Subscription, update the info.
  3. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

Thanks for coming back to us, @JPR.

We can renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription by going to the Billing & Subscription page. To do so, you can follow the steps given by my colleague @DivinaMercy_N.

However, if you're still having trouble, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account securely and help you update the details.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Talk to a human.
  3. Type your concern.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Messaging or Callback.

To ensure that you'll be assisted on time, check out our support hours.

You can also check this article about subscription renewal: Renew my account subscription.

Also, I encourage checking our Help articles page to learn some tips and tricks in managing your QBO account. From there, you can read great articles that can guide you through the steps by steps process.

Don't hesitate to drop a comment below if you have other questions. I'm more than happy to help. Take care!
