Payment link added but its an error and unable to access

Can you provide to us the exact error message your customers encountered when trying to access the payment link? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.

 

You can also let them clear their browser's cache or use other browsers to resolve the error they're having. Sometimes, the piled-up cache in their regular browser caused this unusual behavior. 

 

First, let them access the payment link using a private browser or an incognito window. If it works fine, clear the cache in the one that they're currently using.

 

Here’s how to go incognito or use a private browser:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Edge or Firefox, press Ctrl+ Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
