We have few companies share the same username and password from the same bank, when we try to connect bank with QuickBooks, we couldn’t find the needed bank name

There are a couple of possible reasons why a bank will not show up when adding it in QuickBooks Online, usersinogloryhk.

 

Most of the common reasons are:

 

  • The bank has multiple names on our list. Use all possible links or enter the bank's URL in the Search bar.
  • Your bank only supports specific types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts).
  • Your bank is not a supported bank or not one of the participating financial institutions.

 

You can also use these steps if you're not able to search for your bank:

 

  1. Use or enter the correct spelling of the bank's name. It should be the same or exactly as it appears on your bank's website.
  2. Use very specific names to search for your bank. If you still can't find anything, try broader names like "Citi."
