Question

We have to renew our subscription of QB. It shows Rs.137 per month in the summary. But when we try to make the payment the amount is Rs.36000/- Why difference.

There are several reasons the monthly subscription increased to 36000. One of those is, you may have availed of the discounted monthly service, and it had expired. To further check and verify why the charge/amount increased, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Type your question in the search box below or click on one of the following frequently viewed topics.
  4. Click No, I still need help.
  5. Select Contact QuickBooks Support.
  6. You'll be routed in the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  7. Choose Chat or select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

Nothing happens when I clicked on chat support. It shows blank white space...Your support is worst. Please refund my money back.

Let me help you connect with our phone support team. Let's begin with accessing your QBO account using incognito mode. There are times that the stored cache and cookies on your browser can be corrupted leading to problems when accessing websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P 
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once signed in, connect with our support team again. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. From the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Renew QuickBooks subscription. 
  3. Then, type Talk to a human.
  4. Select Yes, then Get help from a human.
  5. Choose either Start a Chat or Have us call you.

 

You can also connect with them directly using this chat support link. Please open this link on an incognito window also. 

 

If this works, go back to your regular browser window and clear the cache. This will speed up your browser's background processes and avoid issues. If the same thing happens, I suggest accessing your QBO account using a different browser.
