Question

We pay over 700$ for Quickbooks Advance and there are so many bugs and no chance to reach customer support? What is the way to reach a real person there from support?

We have some essential problems since moving to Quickbooks accounting and we need help. But no one is there for us.

Before anything else, I'd like to know what specific error you encountered while utilizing your QBO Advanced account.

 

QBO is a web-based program that relies on the computer's processing power, the amount of available memory (RAM), and the bandwidth of your Internet connection to perform faster. To narrow down the basic requirements to avoid experiencing a slow QuickBooks performance, you can read this article: System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.

 

There are several ways to improve the performance of your account. Feel free to refer to the lists below:

 

  • If you're using Google Chrome, ensure to have the latest released by going to the Chrome menu and selecting the Help icon, then About Google Chrome.
  • Make sure that your Operating System is up to date and it meets or exceeds the system requirements.

We can't share the screenshots here that would be needed to show the issues.

Can you help me out how to be able to reach customer support?

I spent the whole day now in the chat support line with no success, like also many times last week. This is very depressing and your automated answer not really helping.
