We received a credit note saying out subscription plan has changed. We did not make any changes apart from subscribing to a new entity. Please help with the details.

We received a credit note saying out subscription plan has changed. We did not make any changes apart from subscribing to a new entity. Please help with the details of the change. We were eligible for a 83% till Apr 22.

Let me help you validate if there was a change in your subscription, sharat-hegde-vim.

 

Generally, any changes with your current QuickBooks Online (QBO) plan subscription may affect any discounts applied. To make sure that you'll know if there was indeed a change in your plan, I recommend contacting our support team so they can double-check your account. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
