We recently update quickbooks payment details but subscription is not restored

I want to ensure that the subscription gets reinstated as soon as possible. @lavina-l-itradia.

 

Allow me to share some details about updating QuickBooks Online (QBO) payment subscriptions. Thus, the membership will restore right away. 

 

If your payment is a credit or debit card, QBO may not support card payment at this time. This may be the reason your subscription is still not restored.

 

To maintain an active subscription, I'd suggest setting up NetBanking as your payment method. Before that, please note the following: 

 

  • NetBanking mandate amount will be ₹ 36000.00 for three years. This is the mandate for the bank to ensure the payment will not cancel or decline. 
  • You will only be charged the actual monthly fee stated on the subscription billing.
  • We are following your prepaid subscription. 

 

If you haven't used NetBanking, here's how to set up in QuickBooks:

 

  1. Log in to your account as an admin user. 
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings
  3. Select Billing & Subscription
  4. Click the pencil icon on the top of the page beside the card number and pick NetBanking
  5. Complete the bank details and choose Subscribe
  6. Select Authenticate, then NetBanking.
  7. Click Proceed
  8. You'll route to your bank website. From there, follow the process and enter the one-time password when required.
