I've got your back for changing your payment method linked to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @NG30.

From 1 April 2021, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) mandated Additional Factor Authentication (AFA) for recurring payments on Credit and Debit cards. Due to a high failure rate for new card payments, we have temporarily suspended the Credit/Debit card option and any payments for QuickBooks must be made through Net Banking.

To update payment information to your account, you'll need to select Net Banking and add your details. You will be able to switch to card payments at a future date once they are supported.

Before setting up, I'd encourage you to prepare and have your bank details handy. This ensures a successful setup and in changing your payment information. Whenever you're ready, here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as a master admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Choose Account and settings.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription.
  5. Click Edit next to your payment method.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Net Banking) and enter your bank information.
  7. Click Save.

To know more about updating your billing and payment information in QBO, you can check out this article: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. It also includes steps about viewing your payment history and upgrading your subscription.

Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you in monitoring your business growth using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It covers topics about banking, account management, and taxes, to name a few.

If you have other concerns about managing your payment options for your QBO account, let me know in the comments below. I'll be glad to help. Take care and stay safe always.

Rea,

I have spoken with QBO 4-5 times over the last month, tried raising tickets and Prayed before sleeping at night. Nothing seems to be working. Happy to make a direct deposit as well! I have new clients signing up for QBO and I cant add them as my QBO access has now become limited!

Kindly help me resolve this ASAP. I can ASSURE YOU that since I have been using QBOA for almost 2 years, I know exactly where the gear icon is and how I can make the payment. Problem is your gateway doesnt work and its impacting my business!
