What am i supposed to do when even after making payments my subscription is suspended? i also need human interaction to explain completely

Allow me to explain some things and a resolution concerning your suspended QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. So you can get back where you left off as soon as possible. 

 

There's a possibility that the payment you processed is unsuccessful for some reasons. That's why your account is currently suspended. To resolve this, I'd recommend updating your billing information. 

 

Here's how: 

  1.  Sign in to your QBO as a master admin
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then pick Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Under Payment method, click Edit.

       

      5. Enter the updated credit card or bank information in the appropriate fields. Make sure that the billing address in QBO is the same on your credit card statement. 

     6. Tap Save changes

 

All suspended accounts will have a view-only access mode. You can still read all your company data, but you cannot add or edit data. Once the payment is processed, the suspension should be cleared shortly. For more information, visit this link: Get help with your suspended subscription
