Let's get rid of the error so you can match bank transactions, sammwaruta-gmail.

 

It could be a browser-related issue. You can log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser, then match transactions from there.

 

If you aren't getting the message in incognito, go back to your default browser, and clear the cache and cookies. Please follow the steps to clear the cache for your browser.

 

 

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. Then, you can continue matching bank transactions.
