There are some reason why we receive this kind of error code, Jathurshan. I'll share more details about this error code in QuickBooks Online.

In QuickBooks Online, the error code PLT-2000 indicates an invalid date or a problem with the date format when entering or modifying transactions.

Did you encounter this error? If so, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem.

Here are the shortcut keys for accessing incognito browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

I recommend deleting the cache history. Sometimes, browser cache can interfere with the functioning of web-based applications.

Otherwise, switch to a supported browser by QBO like Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. The browser you are currently using may be facing a temporary problem, so using a different one might help you get back to work.
