What is the best way to actually speak with someone from Support about a subscription issue I am trying to get resolved?

I have 2 profiles, and want to move credit card details from one to the next, or merge them.

Thank you for posting in the Community. Allow me to help share some insight to merge accounts and get this straightened out. 

 

Since you have two profiles, you may cancel the incorrect profile and then you can add the credit card information of the correct company file. 

 

 Let me guide you on how: 

  1. Sign in as an Admin to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing and Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel (paid subscription) or Cancel Trial (if you’re using a trial).
  5. Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  6. Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.

However, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.

 

You can follow these steps while logged in to your QBO account:

  1. Go to Help from the top right.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter talk to a human in the Type something field.
  3. When it asks your concern, provide a brief description to get your refund.
  4. Click I still need a human and then select Get help from a human.
  5. You'll opt to choose to Start a live chat or Get a callback.

To call them at your available time, you can check the support hours in QBO.
