Thanks for dropping by, @partytroopersmal.

Let's go over to your account and get this working for you. At times, the collected cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected behavior like the one you've experienced upon utilizing the program.

To get this issue sorted out, I recommend accessing your account in a private window. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once signed in, go back to your Chart of Accounts and view the bank register. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

The following pointers below are good references. This will provide you steps on how to remove columns on your bank register as well as on what other transactions you can quickly add:

I'm only a post away if you have additional questions while using QuickBooks. Wishing you the best. Have a good one!
