When i initiate Chat with QB Support team, nothing happens and a Blank White screen appears and remains there

You might be experiencing some browser hiccups. That's why you can see a white screen only. We'll perform a few steps to fix it. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to isolate web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to get hold of a chat agent, go back to your regular browser once you're done and clear its cache to refresh the system.

 

Also, you can use a different web browser to narrow down the issue.
