Let me guide you to check on when your subscription expired, murtuza.

We can go to the Account and settings page to check the date when your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription ends. From there, you'll see the status of your account and when to renew or reactivate it. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Tick the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Go to your QBO plan and you'll see the number of days on when it will end and the date you'll need to subscribe.
  5. Hit Done

To change your billing info, payment method, and plan subscription level, see Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online article for more details. Feel free to visit our Manage Your Account page to learn more about managing your Intuit account.

I hope that this response finds you with a smile. Keep me posted if you need a hand with running your business in QBO. I'm always here to ensure your success. You have a good one.
