Whenever my account users try to login, incorrect username

Login issue after entering correct password. users are unable to sign in through their respective ids.

Let's start by accessing their account using an incognito browser. This mode doesn't store any site data. Here are the following shortcut keys:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If it works, they can go back to their normal browser and clear the cache to get rid of the stored internet files. Alternatively, you can use a different browser.
