Let me share information about the error you're getting, @UniversalTrucking.

Generally, error code 404 means that the web page you're trying to reach couldn't be found on the server. It occurs when something gets infected and corrupts your data. At this time, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the problem.

First, review if your computer is connected to the internet, then open QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a private browser. This window avoids cache data that can cause unexpected results while working with QuickBooks.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once the page loads fine, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. You may also try using another supported browser to narrow down the result.

You can update me on how it goes, or if you have other questions, leave a comment below. I'm always here to help. Keep safe!
