Why am I not receiving my otp or token code when I am trying to connect my banking information? Can someone please help me
I am trying to connect my banking information to the accounts section. I have entered my banking ID and passcode and it sends me to a page which states I have to put in an OTP or token code but I have not received any in an email or SMS notification. I cannot get past it so I can continue to finish set up my account
