Let me give you some insights about the additional charges you've been experiencing, Josimpson.

Your QuickBooks Online subscription may have reached the end of the 3-month discounted period, leading to charges at the regular price. To view your subscription information, follow the provided steps below:

  1. Sign in as primary admin in your QuickBooks Online.
  2. In Settings, click Subscription and billing.
  3. Select View Payment History to see your payment background.

To investigate this further, I recommend reaching out to our support team. The team has the expertise and tools to assist you in reviewing your concerns and providing the best possible solution. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the upper right corner of your screen, click on Help (?).
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Start entering your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Please choose a way to connect with us:
  • Assistant tab and select Talk to a human.
  • Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
