Let me share some ideas about disconnected account users, @olafexo-gmail-co

It could be that someone has accidentally deleted them from your account. To verify, we can check the Audit Log. This is used to track activities made and see who caused changes to your books and what they did.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in as the master admin.
  2. Proceed to the Settings ⚙ menu and choose Audit Log.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to select the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Click Apply.

If the results show that someone deleted them, I recommend reinviting them in your account. For detailed steps, you may follow the steps provided in this article: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online

If the results show otherwise, let the users do some troubleshooting steps to help them access your account. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Allow them to access your account using a different or a private browser.

Once they successfully access your account, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

Additionally, let me share this link to help you manage user roles and limit their access to specific tasks. You can also choose what users can see and do within different areas of QuickBooks, like customers and sales or vendors and purchases.

Keep me posted if you have other questions about handling account users in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to lend a helping hand. Stay safe!
