Why is that some times in my Audit log i find that User System Administrator Changed Settings, what does happen there and how?

When you notice events named as User System Administrator Changed Settings in the audit log, it means that QuickBooks Online (QBO) made changes. The edits created by the program are an automatic action due to several reasons. Please refer to the following:

• You modify an entry, and that action will affect another record. For instance, if you change a payment and link it to a different invoice, you may see a System Administration event for a change to the original invoice.
• There is a third-party app connected to QBO. When the app sends data to the program, or when it makes a change to the existing data, this appears as a System Administration event.
• You create a recurring transaction, such as a recurring expense. When QBO automatically adds an instance of the transaction to your books, a System Administration event appears in the audit log.
• You set up other events to happen automatically, even when you’re not signed in.
