Why my accountant can not log into the account ? Is it restricted only to me , please be advised that I added him when I purchased the software Appreciate support.

Beforehand, may I know how did you add the accountant and the error they encountered when logging in? Adding additional details will help us provide accurate steps to fix this. A screenshot would be a great help too.

In the meantime, let's have your accountant log in to QuickBooks Online via a private window. Doing so helps us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

 

If it works, have them clear the browser's cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. Otherwise, they can use other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
