I'm here to ensure you'll get to have your QuickBooks Online (QBO) working to continue your business tasks, @gatewayymarketin.

Before anything else, were you able to access your QuickBooks account? If so, I suggest checking your subscription status. This is to make sure that the payment went through. Let me walk you through the steps how:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon
  2. Then select Subscription and billing.
  3. Review the information in each section.
    • To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.

For detailed information, kindly visit: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

However, if that's not the case, let's ensure that you're using the correct login details associated with your subscription. Please check all of your active email addresses for the confirmation receipt. Once you locate the receipt in one of them, you can use it to log in to your account.

Additionally, you might want to consider exploring this article that provides an overview of the key features of QuickBooks: Get started with QuickBooks Online.

Notify me how it goes by dropping a reply below. I'm available and ready to assist you with managing your QuickBooks account.
