Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you renew your QuickBooks subscription.

 

If you're referring to the activation code sent to a different email address or if you encounter issues with it, I recommend contacting our support team. You'll need to send an email regarding the concern from this page: https://contactus.intuit.com/en_IN/contact.

 

The system sends the renewal link to the email address attached to the account. I suggest keeping the information up-to-date by changing the information to the recent one you have.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click your account profile next to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
  4. Go to Sign in & security.
  5. Update the email address.
