Thanks for coming here today, @cs-2311448.

 

I'll share the steps on how you can verify your account. Let's go to your settings to see it.

 

  1. Go to the Gear menu at the top.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.

From there, you'll see if the account is cancelled or active. However, you can check your Audit log report to see who made changes to your books and what they did. Just go to the Gear menu at the top and then pick Audit log under Tools.
